What do I need to do to earn Miles/Points?
Once you’ve selected preferred currency (which is done when you Join the program), earn Miles/Points on qualifying purchases made with Lex Brodie’s Tires. For more information visit the Earn page.

What's the difference between Lex Brodie’s Tires Rewards and Big Island Caveman Points?
When you join the Lex Brodie’s Tires Rewards Program you are registering with us to earn Miles/Points in a chosen reward program (e.g. Big Island Caveman Points, American Airlines AAdvantage, etc.).
If you choose to collect Big Island Caveman Points, you will be able to redeem your Points earned for a variety of rewards such as account credits, gift cards, merchandise, events, experiential adventures, and more.

How do I keep track of my Miles/Points?
You can see the Miles/Points you’ve received through your participation in the Lex Brodie’s Tires Rewards Program by logging into your Lex Brodie’s Tires Rewards Program account. If you have opted to earn Big Island Caveman Points you can see your current account balance here too. To find your current Miles/Points balance for any other reward currency you’ve chosen, you will have to visit the respective program website (e.g. American Airlines AAdvantage, etc.).
For Big Island Caveman Points Members, to view your Big Island Caveman Points balance you simply sign into your account and click on 'Account History' (underneath 'Account').

How many Miles/Points do I need to redeem?
It depends on the program you are earning Miles/Points in. Each program has different redemption levels. Please visit the respective program website to find out how to redeem.
For Big Island Caveman Points, we have many different items you can use your Points towards and each item has a different Point value. Visit the Redeem page to see where you can use your Points.

What are Bonus Offers?
We will promote bonus offers periodically to help you accelerate your Miles/Points balance. You will be notified in-store and/or by email on how to take advantage of the offers.

Can I cancel a redemption order?
Once orders have been placed, no changes or refunds are permitted. Be sure to double check your order before you submit it.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged merchandise item?
Notify the Lex Brodie’s Tires Rewards Program of any incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise within ten (10) days of your delivery date.
